No Refunds For:

  • Change or cancellation of travel plans

  • Flight cancellations or delays
  • Processing completed applications

Service Description

SingaporeVisa.sg provides online assistance for completing and submitting Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) applications. Our service includes form completion guidance, document verification, secure storage, application processing, and customer support.

Important: We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with the Singapore government or Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). We assist with applications but do not guarantee entry to Singapore.

Your Responsibilities

  • Valid Documentation: Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from entry date
  • Timely Submission: Submit your application before your travel date
  • Legal Compliance: Comply with all Singapore laws and regulations

No Guarantee of Entry

An approved SGAC submission does NOT guarantee entry into Singapore. The final decision rests entirely with Singapore's Immigration and Checkpoints Authority and immigration officers. Entry may be denied for various reasons including insufficient passport validity, lack of return ticket, insufficient funds, previous violations, or security concerns.

Processing & Delivery

We process applications according to your travel date. Upon completion, you'll receive a confirmation email with your reference number. Ensure your email address is correct and check spam folders regularly.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Entry denial by Singapore immigration authorities
  • Lost travel expenses or cancelled bookings
  • Technical failures or processing delays
  • Third-party circumstances beyond our control
  • Consequences of inaccurate information provided by applicants

Modifications

For minor corrections, contact us immediately with your reference number. For major errors (passport number, name, DOB), you may need to submit a new application with correct information.
